Pre-Event Workshop: Solution-Focused Team Coaching
This pre-event workshop is an opportunity to explore how the solution-focused approach can make team coaching more effective in agile environments. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exploration, we’ll take a closer look at what sets team coaching apart, how it works in practice, and the value it brings to teams.
Together, we’ll reflect, exchange ideas, and explore:
- How the solution-focused approach supports team development
- What makes team coaching different from other coaching approaches
- The essential elements of an effective team coaching process
- How to assess and demonstrate the impact of solution-focused coaching using meaningful KPIs
This session provides space for rich conversations, fresh insights, and a deeper look at what makes solution-focused team coaching so effective. Whether you’re experienced in coaching or exploring new approaches, you’ll leave with practical perspectives on how to bring this mindset into your work.
Meet your Facilitator
Cristina Mühl is the CEO of SolutionsAcademy, an international coach training provider. Originally from Romania, she has a background in mathematics and cybernetics and began her career as a financial analyst and fraud examiner at KPMG. Passionate about coaching and professional development, she has contributed to several books on solution-focused coaching and supervision. Cristina is deeply engaged in the coaching community, serving as the president of ICF Germany and as a member of the EMCC ethics committee. She is also actively involved in various communities of practice within ICF and EMCC. Her expertise in team coaching has been recognized with the most recent EMCC team coaching award.
Practical Information
This pre-event workshop is included in the event ticket at no additional cost. To help with planning, please indicate in the ticket lottery sign-up form whether you intend to participate. The workshop will take place from 14:00 to approximately 17:00, with at least one break in the middle. If you plan to join, we encourage you to be on time to get the most out of the session. If you arrive later, you may need to wait a few minutes before being brought into the flow of the workshop.
