Stand Back and Deliver


From the 23th to the 25th of June 2017 we would like to invite you to come to the 8th Agile CoachCamp Germany in the beautiful Rückersbach.


Two days of highly collaborative, self-organized Open Space for everyone who is involved in or cares about coaching, training, mentoring, being in or leading agile organizations, teams and individuals.


Coaches, facilitators, developers, testers, team leads, guerrilla change agents, scrum masters, product owners, managers, experienced people, and newbies – all are welcome. Diversity makes us smarter!


What commitment does it cost? Answers to the application and your active engagement in the highly cooperative OpenSpace-discussions! We are looking forward to your participation!


Stand Back and Deliver“

As coaches, ScrumMasters and facilitators we are often in a neutral position. Which means we do not take part in the delivery of the actual products the team develops or creates. This makes our job really fascinating and exhausting. Let us give the questions related to that topic some space in this years coach camp.

  • When/where did you stand back and delivered?
  • How did you feel?
  • How do you get gratefulness/gratitude for your work when standing back?

Let us think of our intrinsic team motivation, our methods and tools and create new impulses for our teams to grow and be seen. And it is very interesting to learn what your thoughts on „stand back and deliver“ are.

Facilitation will be in English; sessions in other languages are welcome.


We will start on Friday at 14:00 with a „Buchstrudel“ as Pre-Event. The German description of the Buchstrudel is here and the English one will follow soon. Make sure you bring 2-3 books you have not yet read to the unconference and then let´s have fun reading them together!

Luckily the publisher „DPunkt Verlag“ will supply our Buchstrudel with some of their books. Big thank you for that!


Besides costs, your price-of-admission is an application telling us about yourself, your interests and contributions. 


Due to the big interest the last years, we are having a lottery and registration has four steps


Step 1:

You will have a full week to sign up. Link will magically appear HERE on the 27th of March.

From 27th of March until 2nd of April.


Step 2:

Lady Fortuna makes a random selection between all people who have signed up in the lottery period and who have filled out position fields.

12th of April


Step 3:

We send out emails for people to confirm your attendence if you won a place.

You will have a week to confirm before we give your place to another person.


Step 4:

After 2nd of April registration is open for the remaining places and the waiting list.

How much

This is a non-profit, low-cost, community-organized event, so you only pay for the cost of food, accommodation and materials.

The price will be less than 280 € including food and accommodation, depending on how much sponsorship we get. You will be invoiced by and pay directly at the venue.
